Online Auction should follow regular business where the buyer is king

Talking about auction, you think that only the seller take advantage of having more money for his item. He is the one to offer a product and all buyers are stressed and hesitating to give away more money in the last second of an auction. Let's imagine yourself in the buyer mind: you came with a maximum budget to buy this frame at auctions. Unfortunately, when the countdown approches the end, other buyer are bidding higher than your maximum. But you really want the frame that would perfectly fit in your living room. What is your margin, can you dedicates more money on this auction? Finally, you have to forget the item as the bids reach double of your initial budget, you end up without any item.

Now what if the buyer would take control of the operation. When you think about it, he's the one with the money, he's the one spending... Like in regular commerce, the customer is always the king, even in online auctions.
